Although I started my professional activities as a songwriter
quite late in my life, music has played an important role most of the time. It started when I was a young child. Wherever I was, with my parents, my aunt or my grandmother, music had to be played all the time. Most of all I liked record players and the big REVOX tape recorder my uncle had.
Later I got inspired from several professional vocalists who had gigs at the hotel my uncle owned at the north sea.

My first musical instrument
was a recorder when I was 7 years old. Later I learned to play accordion, organ and E-Bass. When I was 17 I wrote my first 3 songs. Shortly later the music came to a rest in my life and other things got more important. I studied mechanical engineering and worked in that area and as an sales engineer for over 25 years.
Major changes of my living circumstances in 2016 and 2017
opened my eyes for many things that went wrong in the past. I took a fresh look at my current life and started to find out who I want to be in the future and that brought me back to the music. In the beginning of 2018 I made a decision and started to work as a professional song writer for popular music.
